A Strategy to Neutralize Anxiety
Depersonalization is a unique strategy in which you don't necessarily have to talk all about the issue. It is an interactive guided meditation that works with the energy around a particular issue, person, emotion, event, or trauma. Many times the emotional energy associated with an event or person gets stopped and becomes trapped in the body. Depersonalization allows the energy to finish processing through the body in a directed and supported way. The process consists of a series of 5 statements that are said aloud followed by a pause to allow the body to recall and release the uncomfortable energy. Depersonalization essentially takes the emotional charge out of issue, person, event, emotion or situations. It will allow you to respond to the previous trigger in a more calm, logical, and centered way, which gives you back your power!
